In this moving tribute to a faithful pastor, multiple voices highlight the priorities for Christian life and ministry … A volume full of realism, encouragement and hope for the future!

Jonathan Lamb

… this collection emphasises the personal sine qua nons of ministry: living faith, consistent piety, and steady perseverance in doing the right things. It’s a delight to read.

Andy Gemmill
Director, Pastors’ Training Course, Cornhill Scotland

… reminds us of, and illustrates for us, Paul’s statement that serving Christ and his people in this way is indeed ‘a noble task’.

Sinclair B. Ferguson
Chancellor’s Professor of Systematic Theology, Reformed Theological Seminary, Jackson, Mississippi

The true Christian minister stands between the living and the dead. He is authorised by the everliving God to call lost sinners who are already in shades of death up into the light of forgiveness and new life through the risen Saviour. This book, on “Beautiful Feet’’ is a prime example of leading people upwards by the grace of God. I warmly commend it.

Douglas F. Kelly
Professor of Theology Emeritus, Reformed Theological Seminary, Charlotte, North Carolina
