A book which looks ahead to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ to this world. The writer begins by outlining the three main viewpoints that Christians have about the Second Coming, although he keeps us guessing as regards his own personal views. This book is refreshingly free from attempts to fix dates and work out the details leading up to the Second Coming. Instead he sticks to the biblical teaching on the subject. He affirms his belief in the certainty of Christ's coming, explains what it will mean for different people - Christians and non-christians when it occurs and shows Christians how they should live and respond to such teachings in the present day.
An excellent book on the subject, which is simple to follow and may clear up some misunderstandings that people have regarding this important Christian teaching. It should direct Christians away from a misguided emphasis on attempting to predict the details of what will happen and instead encourage them to be ready, watching and waiting in these days. Highly recommended.
