Any book that causes me to reflect deeply on whether I am a prayerfully dependent child of God and minister of Christ's church, and whether our church is truly a strong church, gets a big 'thumbs up' and 'thanks be to God!'. A Call to Extraordinary Prayer certainly did both those things for me. As a result of reading this book, I've been praying more. As a result of reading this book, I've led the church, and especially the leaders, to be praying more. For this, I and the church God has entrusted me to pastor, thank you.
