“What about making it a New Year resolution to write each other every few weeks?”
And so it begins – an amazing year’s worth of correspondence between one elderly gentleman and his young grandchild. Issues and questions that every young Christian has to tackle are dealt with in a warm but direct way. This book is an essential bit of kit for the 21st century young apologist – or simply anyone who wants to face up to the world.

This book is full of good advice written in a very gentle way to explain to a young Christian how to defend their faith and how to live it out in a secular world. It is backed up with references to the Bible, both Old and New Testaments. In a world where Christians are often questioned about what they believe, this book would be very helpful for any Christian, young or old. The idea behind it is also a great concept for young Christians and their grandparents. I would definitely recommend it, especially as a guide to young Christians at the top end of primary school and into the early years of secondary school.
