Eager to Do What Is Good
"When Kathy arrived at her ethics course at college, the textbook explained two approaches to morality: supernaturalistic theories - basing morality on God, and naturalistic theories - deriving morality apart from God. The textbook then excluded supernaturalistic theories. When Kathy asked why, her lecturer replied, 'We don't have time for superstitions around here.' This illustrates what Christian people are up against in our relativistic society - 'values' are cut off from their objective moorings.
